All Classes Administered via Zoom™

Monday @ 9:00 AM: Core and More

Core and More is a unique fitness class that combines traditional core work with elements of yoga and pilates, all performed on the floor. To ensure your safety and comfort, it is recommended that participants use a mat or towel and, if possible, go barefoot. The Core and More sessions offer an effective and fun way to strengthen your core muscles and improve your balance and flexibility. 

Monday @ 10:00 AM: Senior Sneakers Cardio Only 

30 minute cardio session targeted toward beginners and the older population.

Tuesday and Friday @ 9:00 AM: Total Body Mix

Total Body Mix is a full body workout that combines strength and cardio work. Half of the class takes place on the mat. Every class is different, incorporating a variety of equipment and exercises. Keep your sneakers on and just do what you can, with modifications provided for all levels.

Thursday @ 9:00 AM: Balletone™

Balletone™ is a unique fitness class that combines ballet-inspired movements to lengthen the body, improve posture, and challenge strength and balance. Half of the class is standing and half is on the mat. It is recommended that participants go barefoot. This class will help you achieve a lean and toned physique while increasing your flexibility and improving your balance.

Tuesday and Thursday @ 10:00 AM: Senior Sneakers

Senior Sneakers is the perfect fitness program for beginners and the older population. This unique and effective program combines half standing work with half seated work, using weights for resistance. Don't have weights? No problem - you can use water bottles or soup cans instead! Join Senior Sneakers and start your fitness journey today

All classes are 40 minutes long unless noted
